PRIMARY DUTIES （主要职责）
- To carry out returned seal repair, failure analysis.
- 主要负责维修中心密封修复、失效分析工作。
- To support customer field service request.
- 客户现场服务支持，完成销售的服务申请。
- To manage daily service center operation, fixed asset and tools.
- 维修中心运营5S管理，资产及各种工具管理。
- To carry out seal disassembly, check, report etc.
- 负责机封的拆解、检查、装配以及报告等密封相关工作.
- Carry out seal faces calibration, and make repair plan based on drawing, SOP.
- 依据图纸、SOP来检测制定密封动静环研磨及修复计划
- To create failure analysis report when needed
- 当需要时,依据返回机封做故障分析报告.
- To repair the components manually when required.
- 基本的手动加工零件的能力,当维修中心需要时.
- To make metal parts repair plan based on SOP
- 制定密封金属件修复计划.
- To maintain the equipment and make record.
- 依据设备维护程序,及时正确地维护设备,并正确填写维护记录表.
- To be responsible for 5S in service center assigned area.
- 遵守车间5S原则,保持车间整洁,场清料净,各类工具用后要及时归位.
- Comply with EHS policy.
- 遵守公司EHS制度,正确穿戴和使用PPE.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Mechanical Engineering or Chemical machinery
- 大专及以上，机械设计及自动化、化工机械、过程装备与控制工程、热能动力工程、流体机械
- At least 3 years’ in plant process systems and equipment operation or design knowledge
- 一般需要至少3年过程工业设备维护、管理或设计经验
- Knowledge and experience of rotating equipment, such as pump, or compressor

- Good hands on experience and skills
