Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend systems using Java.
  • Drive technical architecture and design decisions for high-traffic applications.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers while ensuring high code quality and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining engineering standards.


Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Java backend development.
  • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with REST APIs, distributed systems, and scalable system design.
  • Good understanding of databases (MySQL/NoSQL) and caching technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, message queues, and containerization is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
