SDE 1 - Android

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-3 years developing Android applications (full-time, industry experience only; internships will not be counted).
• Core Skills: Proficient in Kotlin and Java, with solid knowledge of their ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Modern Architecture: Strong understanding of Jetpack Compose, ViewModel, Room, DataStore, WorkManager, Navigation, and Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger).
• Fundamentals: Solid grasp of OOP, architectural patterns (especially MVVM), and testability.
• Libraries and Tools: Hands-on experience with Retrofit, OkHttp, Glide, RxJava, Gson, Android Architecture Components, and similar.
• Debugging: Skilled in identifying memory leaks and performance bottlenecks, using tools like ADB and ProGuard.
• DSA: Excellent command over data structures and algorithms.
• System Design: Understanding of scalability, performance, and reliability in app design.
• Process: Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira.
• Design: Familiarity with Material Design guidelines, common mobile UX patterns, and anti-patterns.
