About the Senior Full Stack Engineer role

We are looking for an experienced software engineer who is passionate about creating amazing web-based experiences for consumers. The ideal candidate is language-agnostic but has deep experience with Node and React. You should be just as comfortable with challenging back-end algorithms as with complex front-end interactivity. You will take ownership of end-to-end feature implementation and have the opportunity to meaningfully shape the product of one of the world's fastest-growing consumer marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end feature implementation across the full stack.
• Design, implement, and interpret A/B tests to drive product decisions.
• Optimize and scale app performance across backend and frontend.
• Work closely with designers and product leadership to bring designs to life.
• Use AI tools and agents as force multipliers - you're as comfortable orchestrating AI to ship faster as you are writing the code yourself.
• Help build an engineering culture rooted in rapid iteration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong core computer science fundamentals - data structures, algorithms, systems thinking. A CS or engineering degree is a plus, but not required; what matters is how you think and build.
• 5+ years of experience building and shipping real products.
• Fluency in at least one backend and one frontend stack; experience across TypeScript, Python, Node, with React, or similar is a strong signal.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, DevOps, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build and ship - you've moved beyond prompting and into orchestrating AI as part of your actual development workflow.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience collaborating with English-speaking teams.
