We'recurrently recruiting for an experienced/qualifiedCarpenterMulti to join our Property Team in our Bournemouth, Christchurch, Hurn locality. Asyou'llspend a fair amount of time on the road we will provide you with a business use van and fuelcardsoyou'llnot be out of pocket.

Whatyou'lldo:

As aCarpenter you will carry out all forms of carpentry repairs in our properties as part of our Repairs Team and elsewhere depending on demands.

• 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry

• Install windows, doors, door frames - Internal and external.

• UPVC servicing and installation

• Locksmithing and gaining entry via lock snapping,drillingand picking.

• All types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chainlinkand panels.

• Kitchen fitting, kitchenbuildingand minor joinery.

• Other duties to include basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and other general maintenance tasks

Whatyou'llneed:

You should have experience within a similar role, ideally from within a Residential/Housing sector and must be qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 OR have a minimum of 5 years proventrack recordworking in carpentry.

Have a strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of health & safety best practices.

Enjoy working as part of a team.

This is afull timerole, working 40 Hours per week,with the opportunity to supplement your salary through call out and overtime at competitive rates to enhance your earnings!

Due to the requirement to travel, you must hold a full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1years experienceandhave the ability todrive and take home a company van.
