The Senior Integration Program Manager is accountable for planning, coordinating, governance, and execution of a multi-year business integration program following an acquisition. Acting on behalf of the COO and Executive Steering Committee, the role serves as the central integration leader across Technology, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and other functional workstreams. The primary objective is the successful systems implementation, data migration, and execution of operational transition activities while protecting business continuity and critical member-facing services for both SOCAN and the acquired organization. The role will also lead planning and readiness activities for Phase 2, which may include systems, process, data, organizational, and operating model integration.

Own the overall integration roadmap, governance framework, master plan, critical path, risk register, dependency map, and executive reporting.

Serve as the primary bridge between workstream teams and the Executive Steering Committee.

Lead the Operations workstream directly while coordinating execution across Technology, Finance, HR, and other workstreams.

Manage and coordinate workstream project managers/coordinators and leads, ensuring alignment of priorities, resources, timelines, and deliverables.

Actively manage cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing to minimize operational risk and implementation conflicts.

Oversee planning and execution of system implementations, data migrations, testing, cutover planning, stabilization activities, and operational readiness assessments.

Maintain rigorous scope management and change control disciplines.

Monitor integration synergies, benefits realization, efficiency gains, and cost reduction opportunities.

Act as a neutral facilitator and problem solver when competing priorities or legacy practices create barriers to progress.

Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate integration risks and escalate significant issues.

Partner with HR, Communications & Marketing, and other business leaders to support communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness, training, and adoption activities.

Build trust across both organizations while constructively challenging assumptions and maintaining focus on outcomes.

Lead Phase 2 planning activities, integration sequencing, readiness assessments, and implementation preparation, including facilitation of the development of future-state operating model, organizational, governance, process, and technology recommendations by workstream leaders; challenge assumptions, provide integration insight, surface interdependencies, and ensure recommendations are coordinated across functions.
