Join our team as a Creator Marketing Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new content creators, matching them with campaign objectives, and building strong relationships with influencers. You will also stay up-to-date on influencer marketing trends and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of influencer collaborations. Missions
- Sourcing new creators and identifying the best talent within the existing creator network to match campaign objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Staying up-to-date on influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, and platform updates to optimize recruitment strategies.
Profil recherché
- 1-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field- Strong understanding of influencer landscapes across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Based in the Los Angeles area (this role is in-person 4 days a week at our Beverly Hills HQ)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
