Quels seront les enjeux du poste et votre contribution ? Dans le cadre de votre stage de fin d'études, vous serez intégré(e) au sein du service RH de l’entreprise, vous aurez un rôle clé au sein de notre organisation. Vous aurez en charge de déployer et animer les actions relatives à la politique RH sur les sites sur lesquels vous serez amenée à intervenir (64 - 65 - 11 - 24).

Vos missions principales, au quotidien : Administration du personnel Préparation et suivi des dossiers administratifs des salariés ; Rédaction des contrats de travail, avenants et courriers RH ; Gestion des entrées et sorties des collaborateurs ; Mise à jour des dossiers du personnel et des bases de données RH. Recrutement Diffusion des offres d'emploi et de stage ; Tri des candidatures ; Préqualification téléphonique des candidats ; Organisation et participation aux entretiens. Développement RH Participation au suivi du plan de formation ; Contribution aux campagnes d'entretiens annuels et professionnels ; Réalisation de tableaux de bord RH et suivi des indicateurs sociaux.

Projets RH Participation à des projets d'amélioration des processus RH ; Contribution à la communication interne ; Veille juridique et sociale. Déplacements à prévoir
