We have highly ambitious plans and we are looking for an Customer Support Agent to assists our customers by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues with a focus on Romanian speaking Customers.

The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, exciting, and highly productive environment. This is a demanding, responsible, varied, exciting and challenging role where a passion for customers, sport and betting is essential. In order to satisfy customers and offer them a great user experience, we’re looking for individuals with commercial awareness and strong communicational skills.
Responsibilities
Deliver customer service through online and phone support
Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different department
Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and request
Inform customers about deals and promotions
Our Expectations
Proficient user of Romanian Language both spoken and write
Enjoy finding solutions to a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly and productive manner
Curiosity and interest in digital products and application
Strong communication and organizational skill
High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
