  • Техническая поддержка пользователей.
  • Консультация пользователей по техническим вопросам.
  • Обработка запросов пользователей, соблюдение сроков SLA.
  • Поддержка и обслуживание оргтехники офиса.
  • Участие в проектах в рамках компетенции отдела.
  • Подбор оборудования, комплектующих и программного обеспечения.
  • Подготовка АРМ.
  • Участие в работах по тестированию новых технологий и сервисов.
  • Учет оборудования (ИТ активов).
  • Определение и последующее устранение неисправности, возникшей при эксплуатации аппаратного или программного обеспечения инфокоммуникационных систем и (или) их составляющих.

  • Опыт сборка, ремонта ПК.
  • Знание операционных систем Windows/Linux/MacOS на уровне продвинутого пользователя.
