Why this role exists Content is how Softobiz earns attention and ranks - and we're building it in-house and AI-native. This role owns everything we publish and how it performs in search, produced at a volume and pace agencies can't match, and edited so sharply that none of it reads like a machine wrote it.
What you'll own
The content engine: Own the roadmap across the website, blog, case studies, and social - planned, briefed, produced, and shipped on a consistent cadence.
SEO: Own organic end to end - keyword strategy, on-page, and content built to rank for the buyers and markets that matter (AU/US, and offshore/GCC intent).
SEO partner accountability: Own the keyword briefs, editorial standards, and quality bar our external SEO partner works to. You direct and review; they support.
Editorial quality: Everything reads human, outcome-led, and enterprise-grade - never generic AI filler. Every claim carries named proof, not aspiration.
Voice & governance: Guard the Softobiz voice and content rules - AI claims need proof anchors, named clients need clearance, enterprise register throughout.
Owned programs: Run always-on series like Signals & Shifts across LinkedIn and Instagram to reach the broader tech audience, not just high-intent buyers.
The bar: how you work This is a 10X role. You run AI across the whole workflow - research, briefs, drafts, optimization, repurposing - and you're the editor who turns that raw speed into content that reads human and actually ranks. Volume without quality isn't the job; volume and quality, at pace, is. Writers who treat AI as optional aren't a fit.
What you bring A track record owning content and SEO for B2B or tech, ideally into AU/US markets. Deep SEO command - keyword strategy through on-page to measurable organic growth. Editorial judgment strong enough to make AI-assisted output read human and stay on-brand. Experience directing an SEO or content agency to a brief and a standard. Demonstrated AI-native workflow: real tools, real shipped output, measurable speed. An outcome-first instinct - you write what a buyer cares about, not a feature list.
Success in your first 6 months A live keyword strategy, a content roadmap shipping on cadence, the SEO partner working to your briefs and standard, organic visibility trending up, and at least one owned program (such as Signals & Shifts) live and consistent
