We are looking for a motivated Senior Supply Chain Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Participate in the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of WMS and logistics solutions.
- Analyze warehouse processes and customer requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Configure WMS functionalities according to customer operational needs.
- Support integrations with ERP and other third-party systems.
- Investigate and troubleshoot functional and data-related issues using system tools, logs, and SQL.
- Support customers and partners during testing, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production.
- Deliver training sessions to users and partner teams.
- Collaborate with consultants, developers, support teams, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide feedback to Product and R&D teams to support continuous product improvement.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or business software solutions is an advantage.
- Good understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
- Familiarity with system integrations and technologies such as EDI, XML, or Web Services is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.
- Customer-oriented mindset, strong ownership, and teamwork.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English, written and spoken.
