Requirements

· Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI

· Strong knowledge of Data Modeling, DAX, Power Query

· Solid SQL skills for query development and troubleshooting

· Experience with SQL Server databases

· Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms

· Experience managing BI platform access and permissions

· Experience working with ticketing and service request processes

· Ability to document reports, data sources, and support procedures

Responsibilities (Activities to perform)

· Serve as first point of contact for Data & Analytics support requests

· Diagnose and resolve reporting and data-related issues

· Support users with reporting, data access, and analytics needs

· Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards

· Create and troubleshoot SQL queries across Microsoft Fabric and SQL Server environments

· Process and manage user access requests for Power BI platforms

· Document report logic, data sources, and troubleshooting procedures

· Escalate complex data, infrastructure, or platform issues when necessary

· Maintain knowledge articles and support documentation

· Analyze business requirements and recommend reporting solutions

· Support data-driven decision-making across the organization

· Deliver high-quality customer support to business users
