T&M Senior Enterprise Mobility Engineer

Estamos em busca de um(a) Senior Enterprise Mobility Engineer / DWP Mobility Engineer para atuar em uma alocação de 12 meses, com foco na operação e sustentação de serviços de Enterprise Mobility e Digital Workplace. O profissional será responsável pela gestão do ciclo de vida de dispositivos e serviços móveis, atendimento de incidentes e escalations L2/L3, gestão de ativos e CMDB, utilização do ServiceNow e interação com fornecedores e operadoras de telecom.

Responsabilidades

Atuar na operação e sustentação dos serviços de Enterprise Mobility / Digital Workplace.

Gerenciar o ciclo de vida de dispositivos e serviços móveis, incluindo provisionamento e desprovisionamento.

Realizar ativação, alterações e gestão de SIM cards e planos de serviços.

Atuar em programas de device refresh e substituição de equipamentos.

Realizar gestão, controle e atribuição de ativos.

Atender e coordenar incidentes e escalations de nível L2/L3.

Realizar troubleshooting de dispositivos móveis, conectividade e aplicações.

Gerenciar tickets e Service Requests no ServiceNow.

Manter a qualidade e atualização das informações de CMDB e Asset Management.

Atuar na interface com fornecedores, operadoras de telecom e demais prestadores de serviços.

Realizar reporting, acompanhamento de KPIs e análise de tendências.

Atualizar documentação e Knowledge Base.

Prestar suporte eventual a usuários VIP e situações de exceção.

Orientar tecnicamente o time L1 quando necessário.

Requisitos

Experiência sólida (7+ anos) em Enterprise Mobility, Digital Workplace, Device Services, Endpoint Management ou atividades correlatas.

Experiência prática com ServiceNow.

Conhecimento de ITIL / IT Service Management (ITSM).

Experiência com Incident Management e Service Request Management.

Experiência com suporte operacional L2/L3.

Conhecimento em Device Lifecycle Management, Device Provisioning e Deprovisioning.

Experiência com Asset Management e/ou CMDB.

Experiência na interação com vendors, carriers e fornecedores de telecom.

Conhecimento em troubleshooting de dispositivos móveis, conectividade e aplicações.

Inglês Fluente (obrigatório), escrito e falado.

Conhecimentos desejáveis

Experiência com plataformas MDM/UEM, como Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, MobileIron/Ivanti, Apple Business Manager ou Android Enterprise.

Experiência com Telecom Expense Management.

Conhecimento avançado de Excel.

Experiência com gestão de inventário.

Vivência com suporte a usuários executivos/VIP.
