Se requiere con prioridad un perfil senior responsable de integrar y coordinar el programa de manera transversal.

El perfil deberá contar con:

Experiencia gestionando programas complejos.
Conocimiento suficiente de tecnología para entender y coordinar el track tecnológico.
Capacidad para integrar los frentes de Negocio, Operaciones y Tecnología.
Experiencia interactuando con niveles ejecutivos
Capacidad para generar estatus y dashboards ejecutivos.
Experiencia presentando avances, riesgos y decisiones a equipos globales.

Existirá adicionalmente un PM enfocado específicamente en la ejecución del track tecnológico, por lo que el Program Manager tendrá una responsabilidad más amplia de integración y gobierno del programa.

Se realizarán sesiones quincenales de seguimiento con equipos globales, por lo que el nivel de comunicación e inglés es particularmente relevante.
