Responsibilities (Activities to perform)

· Lead and coach multidisciplinary Agile teams

· Promote team self-management and collaboration

· Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies

· Ensure Agile practices are properly adopted

· Align team objectives with business goals

· Support delivery planning and execution

· Promote continuous product validation and feedback

· Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders

· Track and analyze Agile performance metrics

· Provide status updates and performance reporting

· Support decision-making through Agile metrics and insights

· Remove impediments and help resolve team challenges

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives

· Foster a culture of value delivery and customer focus

· Manage stakeholder expectations and priorities
