Responsibilities

  • Effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software applications.
  • Provide support and assistance to end users to ensure optimal operation.
  • Collaborate closely with other IT teams to identify and address issues.
  • Implement solutions and improvements to applications according to business needs.
  • Optimize application performance and availability through continuous monitoring and analysis.
  • Provide training and technical documentation to promote self-learning and problem-solving by users.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts
