  • Más de 8 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, con al menos 5 años liderando equipos técnicos.
  • Experiencia como Tech Lead, Arquitecto/a de Software o líder técnico, con capacidad para tomar decisiones arquitectónicas y seguir involucrado en la parte técnica.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en Java y .NET, habiendo trabajado con ambas tecnologías en proyectos reales.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de modernización o migración de sistemas legacy.
  • Experiencia en arquitecturas cloud + on-premise, preferiblemente en entornos Azure.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinares y gestionando entregas en proyectos complejos.
  • Disponibilidad para incorporarse en el corto plazo y asistir a reuniones presenciales con cliente cuando sea necesario.

Responsabilidades (Actividades a desempeñar)

  • Actuarás como máxima referencia técnica del proyecto, definiendo la arquitectura objetivo y liderando las decisiones de diseño necesarias para validar una estrategia de modernización tecnológica.
  • Trabajarás de forma cercana con el cliente para definir métricas de evaluación, validar hipótesis técnicas y construir una recomendación arquitectónica sólida basada en resultados medibles. Además, coordinarás un equipo multidisciplinar compuesto por perfiles de desarrollo, infraestructura y QA, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y objetivos.
  • Participarás en la definición de componentes de integración, observabilidad y rendimiento, garantizando que las pruebas realizadas permitan comparar distintos enfoques tecnológicos y sirvan como base para la futura evolución de la plataforma.
