1. Role Purpose :

To lead Soliflex's IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity and technology support while driving enterprise-wide digital transformation through Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation and the Internet of Things (IoT).

The role holder will identify, develop, implement and scale technology solutions that improve manufacturing productivity, product quality, equipment reliability, customer experience, sales effectiveness, operational visibility and business profitability.

The incumbent will work closely with Management & Functional leaders to translate business problems into practical technology solutions, ensure successful adoption across factories and functions, and deliver measurable returns on technology investments.

- Quality Management - Fabric, Accessories & Finished Goods

- Manufacturing Excellence through AI

- Facility Security & Surveillance

- Customer Lifecycle Management - Customer Portal for tracking business

- Sales Order Forecasting & Procurement Planning

- IoT in Equipment Health monitoring

- Business Process Automation

3. Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap aligned with Soliflex's business priorities.

- Identify high-impact opportunities for AI, machine learning, process automation, and intelligent analytics.

- Lead pilots, proof-of-concept projects, vendor evaluation, and deployment.

- Integrate new digital solutions with existing ERP and other business applications.

- Manage IT Infrastructure & Enterprise Systems (Servers, Cloud, Firewall).

- Oversee ERP, Application Integration, Data Governance, and Cybersecurity.

- Team Leadership, Vendor Management & Change Management.

4. Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from NIT or equivalent.

- Postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications in IT management, AI, cloud, or data analytics is an advantage.

- 6-10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.

- Practical exposure to AI/ML, workflow automation, IoT, or industrial digitalisation.

- Experience in manufacturing or multi-location businesses is strongly preferred.

5. Required Competencies :

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.

- Ability to assess technology solutions and prepare business cases.

- Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and execution capabilities.

- Ability to lead a technical team while driving digital transformation initiatives.

6. Role Success Profile :

The role combines IT Operations Leadership, Digital Transformation, and Business Value Creation. It is a hands-on, execution-oriented position working with business leaders and factory teams.
