Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to help drive execution and delivery across key product areas within our B2B SaaS platform. This role is ideal for a product manager who has strong fundamentals, enjoys working closely with engineering and design teams, and is eager to grow into broader ownership over time. The role involves contributing to roadmap execution, working on customer-facing features (including AI-powered capabilities), and partnering with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality products for enterprise customers.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Product Execution and Delivery:

• Own and deliver well-defined product features and initiatives within an assigned product area.
• Break down product requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Customer and Market Understanding:

• Participate in customer calls, demos, and feedback sessions to understand user needs.
• Support customer pilots and beta programs by gathering feedback and insights.
• Analyze usage data and customer inputs to inform product improvements.

Roadmap Support:

• Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization under the guidance of senior product leaders.
• Help evaluate trade-offs and dependencies during sprint and release planning.
• Maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal enablement materials.

AI and Product Innovation:

• Work on AI-powered features, including generative AI-driven experiences, under senior guidance.
• Partner with engineering teams to understand AI capabilities, limitations, and evaluation approaches.
• Stay current on AI and product trends and apply learnings to ongoing work.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Support go-to-market activities by providing product context and responding to field feedback.

Requirements:

• Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred; strong product leaders with equivalent experience will be considered.
• 3-4 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS products.
• Experience shipping customer-facing features in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of product management fundamentals (discovery, delivery, and prioritization).
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on enterprise or data-driven products.
• Exposure to AI or generative AI features (hands-on experience is a plus, not mandatory).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• MBA or equivalent business education.
