KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up with leads and customer inquiries through different channels.
- Provide information about services, pricing, processes, and timelines.
- Schedule assessments and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or similar customer-facing roles.
- Advanced proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Experience handling high-volume calls and customer interactions.
- Ability to multitask across different systems and maintain accuracy.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong organization and attention to detail.
