Responsibilities
- Research hospitals, clinics, physician offices, and healthcare organizations
- Make 60-80 outbound calls daily to identify hiring needs and staffing challenges
- Schedule discovery meetings with decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Support employer partnership and externship initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound calling, appointment setting, or lead generation experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience working with US clients
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong research skills (Google, LinkedIn, company websites)
Preferred
- Healthcare outreach or healthcare recruiting experience
- Familiarity with US healthcare terminology
- Experience calling hospitals, clinics, or medical practices
