Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve client support cases.
- Provide assistance via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Troubleshoot issues related to payroll, payroll taxes, ACH processing, billing, and software applications.
- Document investigations, findings, and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Payroll, Product Support, Software Support, Technical Support, or Customer Support.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of Payroll, Payroll Taxes, ACH Processing, or HRIS platforms is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
