Full-Stack Engineer for AI-powered CRM & compliance platforms for healthcare/education recruitment. Multi-tenant platform  serving agencies globally with advanced document processing, real-time matching, and intelligent automation.

Contribute to complex staffing platform with AI document processing, real-time matching, and multi-cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Development
• Implement AI-powered recruitment features
• Build intuitive CRM/compliance user interfaces
• Contribute to real-time collaboration and WebSocket features
• Assist in developing data processing pipelines with pair programming
• Write comprehensive tests and participate in thorough code reviews Architecture and Infrastructure
• Participate in microservices architecture discussions
• Database optimization through hands-on projects (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• API integrations
• Caching strategy implementation
• Kubernetes deployment processes and CI/CD pipeline management
• Monitoring and alerting systems
• Support multi-cloud infrastructure tasks with Terraform (Nice to Have)
• Cloud platform experience (AWS and/or GCP)
• Understanding of containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Infrastructure as Code concepts (Terraform)
• Real-time systems knowledge (WebSockets, event-driven architecture)
• Mobile development interest (React Native)
• Microservices architecture understanding
• DevOps practices and CI/CD familiarity
• Message queue experience (RabbitMQ)
• Python basics (for AI service integration)

• 5 - 10 years of full-stack development experience
• Solid TypeScript/Node.js development skills
• React proficiency with modern frontend practices
• Database experience and SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL preferred)
• API development and RESTful services understanding
