·Two resources at Level 2

·Work as support layer between Citrix Eng. team (L3) and help desk (L1)

·Support and troubleshoot the Citrix 7.12 environment

·Must have knowledge or XenDesktop, NetScaler,

·Dell - Wyse Thin client a major plus

·Windows 10, Server 2016

·Support for Citrix and physical desktops/laptops running Windows 10.
