IT Systems Analyst

As an IT Systems Analyst, you will have a central role in maintaining and advancing Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies throughout the organization. This position suits someone who excels in a dynamic, highly cooperative setting and enjoys managing operational support, enhancing processes, overseeing governance tasks, and coordinating across departments. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, security, and business groups to promote scalable, secure, and effective collaboration services across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, adaptable, and driven to deliver outcomes. You manage several priorities while keeping careful attention to detail and follow-through. You work well in Agile settings, attend stand-ups and cross-functional efforts, engage with partners, support operational and governance processes, and assist initiatives from intake through completion. This role fits someone who likes solving problems, improving processes, collaborating, and helping teams function more efficiently at scale.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 operational initiatives, governance efforts, and platform improvements across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Entra ID.

• Analyze ticket trends and recurring issues to find opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Maintain and improve runbooks, knowledge articles, process documentation, and operational procedures.

• Support identity and access governance activities including RBAC, MFA, PIM, role assignments, and access reviews.

• Coordinate intake, tracking, and documentation of Microsoft 365 integration requests and operational workflows.

• Gather requirements and coordinate with engineering, security, governance, and support teams to move initiatives through review and implementation processes.

• Support high-priority incidents and blocking issues through coordination, communication, tracking, and follow-up activities.

• Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and cross-functional discussions to help maintain alignment and execution across teams.

• Develop and sustain project tracking, status updates, reporting, dashboards, and operational communications.

• Support testing, rollout coordination, validation activities, and post-implementation follow-up for platform changes and enhancements.

• Work within enterprise ITSM processes and platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.

• Partner with technical teams to support workflow automation and operational improvements using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, or related technologies.

• Assist with adoption, communication, and change management initiatives associated with Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies.

• Maintain strong communication and coordination across technical teams, leadership, vendors, and business collaborators.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years providing support for Microsoft 365 technologies in a corporate setting.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Experience working within enterprise ITSM settings such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.

• Knowledge of identity and access governance principles including RBAC, MFA, PIM, and Conditional Access.

• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and collaborator coordination skills.

• Experience supporting operational processes, governance workflows, or technical initiatives across cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the capacity to handle several priorities at once.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and team coordination workflows.

• Experience developing documentation, reports, presentations, and operational communications.

Preferred

• Experience providing support for Microsoft 365 governance, platform operations, or tenant modernization initiatives in enterprise environments.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, identity governance, and enterprise security guidelines.

• Exposure to PowerShell, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, automation workflows, or reporting solutions.

• Experience coordinating integrations, migrations, or operational improvement initiatives.

• Exposure to Generative AI technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise/OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar enterprise AI platforms.

• Experience supporting additional SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or others.

• Experience supporting large-scale collaboration environments with a focus on operational improvement and governance.

Salary

50,000 - 83,000 Euros
