Mandatory skills and experience:

• Requirement gathering
• Stakeholder management
• Functional Requirement understanding
• Writing Use Cases with or without tools
• Technical and Business Testing Knowledge
• User Data Analysis and synthesis
• Tool Knowledge: JIRA/Agility/Confluence

Good to have skills and experience:

• Technical Knowledge (coding, Logic understanding)
• Basic AWS understanding
• Agility tool experience

Certification (Good to have):

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
• CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) from IIBA

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

• Engg Graduate with minimum 6 to 8 years (max) of total experience as Business Analyst
