A typical breakdown of your role would be: Assist with the design, build, deployment and support of our enterprise leading edge networks Responding to operational requirements in support of rapid defence activities Providing support to strategic projects ensuring they meet predefined objectives Proactive monitoring and maintenance of all production

systems Building and maintaining relationships with our customers, partners and teams Working within a team to deliver against SLA’s and XLA’s Leading or supporting investigations into complex service problems, recommending solutions and following procedures to plan, test and implement proposed solutions Providing support to the team Identifying opportunities

for innovation and continual service improvement Handling support tickets Contributing to DevOps and automation adoption, building skills in tools such as ansible and terraform Ensure corporate governance and security standards are adhered to by the team What we need from you We need someone that is; Strong at problem solving with excellent time Management
