Role Overview To take accountability for the successful delivery of projects, by directing, leading and driving the project delivery Required to be on-site in Hemel Hempstead a minimum of 4 days/week Key Responsibilities Guiding and directing project managers, ensuring that effective project controls are established and maintained for all projects within
their span of control; Influencing, organising and directing project teams, setting clear goals and establishing priorities; Effectively engaging the customer, subcontractors, third parties and project stakeholders throughout the duration of each project, developing positive, enduring relationships (up to and including “C” level); Ensuring that a clear
understanding of projects’ progress, plans, risk and status is regularly, clearly and accurately reported, identifying and resolving conflicts wherever they arise.
