About the Role

As the Product Manager, Sound Accountable Care Organization (ACO), you will spearhead accountable care organization (ACO) projects; drive the implementation of provider, practice, and facility technologies and workflows; and manage technology vendors via product roadmaps that contribute to the success of Sound ACO and Telemedicine Post-Acute services. You will be the key liaison between stakeholders and the product team, ensuring clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization and externally with our technology partners.

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of SLTCM ACO and Telemedicine business processes and their interaction with supported applications.
  • Provide support to clinical and operational leaders by addressing escalations and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with clinical, business development, marketing, operations teams, vendors, and clients to gather and translate user needs into platform requirements.

Platform Ownership:

  • Support the rollout and governance of new technologies added to our ACO and TM technology portfolio.
  • Oversee the application environments, including third-party integrations.
  • Lead end-user support efforts by troubleshooting, prioritizing, and resolving application issues.

  • Stakeholder Communication and Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, executives, and team members, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and managing expectations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining thorough documentation of all project activities, decisions, and progress, and preparing final reports for stakeholders to evaluate performance and inform future projects.
