Sales Administrator

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize and administrate the system (purchase order confirmation, invoice revision, tracking numbers).
• Data analysis.
• Generation of all the databases needed for the smooth sales operation.
• Support on the strategic execution for sales.
• Sales support administrator and customer service.
• Coordination with other areas and departments in order to accomplish sales.
• Efficient administration and process of information by using excel tools and creating macros for a better maximization of resources.
• Strategic supervision of the sales and purchasing supervision by receiving and giving intelligence.

Requirements and Qualifications:

•   At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Detail-oriented, well organised, efficient with solid follow up skills.
• Strong team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Competency in Excel is a must.
