Junior Graphic Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Design

Department. In this role, you will be responsible for designing catalogs, logos, and other print

marketing materials while ensuring consistency with the company's brand standards. The ideal

candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with the

ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Work Setup: Remote

• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM or 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine Time (PHT)
• Holiday: Follows US holidays

Responsibilities

• Design catalogs, logos, and graphics for company print and marketing materials.
• Create, coordinate, and execute design projects from concept through completion.
• Schedule and manage multiple design projects while ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual designs that support business objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency by adhering to established brand guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with the design and brand development team to produce high-quality creative assets.
• Contribute as an integral member of the Art Department.
• Support the catalog and brand development team in maintaining a strong focus on quality and high performance.
• Prepare artwork for print, ensuring quality and compliance with prepress requirements.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform additional design-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Junior Graphic Designer.
• Open to candidates from any industry with strong graphic design skills and relevant software proficiency.
• Proficient in:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Strong understanding of print production and prepress processes.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to generate creative ideas independently.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design quality and brand consistency.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Drawing or sketching skills for concept development are an advantage.
• Experience with video editing is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
