POSITION SUMMARY
The primary role of a Sourcepass NOC Team is to ensure the customers success within Sourcepass. This success is driven by Sourcepass providing world class service, proactive maintenance and monitoring, backup & recovery, and securing infrastructure. The NOC team is key to providing these core support services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
NOC Services
- Antivirus Maintenance
- Deployment Validation
- Endpoint software Upgrades
Windows Updates Maintenance
- Deployment Validation
- Resolving failed updates
- Installation of Missing feature updates: 1809, 1903, 1909
- Scheduling server rebooted as needed
Backup and Recovery
- Deploy and configure backup agents and policies
- Troubleshoot backup agent alerts
- Recover files and full system restores
Miscellaneous Services
- DNS filtering Maintenance
- LogMeIn Maintenance
- Services True ups
- Ticket Management
- Project work as assigned
To be onboarded to Sourcepass’ ticket process and workflows
- Ticket Status, Types, Billable, Boards, SLA’s, etc.
Review tickets on NOC board
- Complete tickets which you are assigned
- If time allows, review unassigned tickets to be worked on within skillset
Timesheets to be completed end of business for the current day
- Submitted at the end of the week
- Assistance with Sourcepass internal projects, Research and Development, Proof on Concepts, Etc.
Requirements
DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE
- Arrives to work on time and ready to take action
- Motivated to resolve issues efficiently.
- A desire to improve skillset by earning industry certifications (We pay for them!)
- Good communicator
- Top Notch troubleshooting skills
- Follows documentation and offers suggestions for improvements
- Takes ownership of issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion
- Likes to have fun and laugh with a great team
