Zur Unterstützung unserer Online-Aktivitäten suchen wir dich als

Online Redakteur (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf Fachinhalte, Seminare und digitale Weiterbildungsangebote.

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Inhalte verständlich, strukturiert und professionell aufbereitet und aktuell gehalten werden.

Aufgaben

  • Redaktionelle Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Online-Inhalten

    (z. B. Fachartikel, Seminarbeschreibungen, Leistungsseiten)

  • Aufbereitung von Fachinput aus Compliance, Seminaren und Weiterbildungsprojekten
  • Aktualisierung bestehender Inhalte
  • Textliche Optimierung nach SEO-Vorgaben (Keywords, Struktur, Lesbarkeit - keine Strategie)
  • Einpflege und Pflege von Inhalten im CMS
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Content, SEO & Conversion Manager
  • Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen zur inhaltlichen Qualitätssicherung
  • Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Tonalität und hohen Textqualität

Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung als Online Redakteur, Content Redakteur oder vergleichbare Rolle
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (redaktionelles Niveau)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicheres Gespür für Sprache, Struktur und Verständlichkeit
  • Interesse an B2B-Themen, Weiterbildung und Compliance
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CMS-Systemen (z. B. WordPress oder vergleichbar)
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an Abstimmung
