Zur Unterstützung unserer Online-Aktivitäten suchen wir dich als

Web & Content Operations Manager (m/w/d).

Du sorgst dafür, dass Inhalte, Websites und digitale Prozesse sauber, effizient und zuverlässig umgesetzt werden.

Aufgaben

  • Operative Betreuung und Pflege unserer Websites und Landingpages
  • Veröffentlichung, Aktualisierung und Strukturierung von Content (Seminare, Leistungen, Fachinhalte)
  • Technische und organisatorische Umsetzung von Content-Vorgaben aus Marketing & Fachbereichen
  • Sicherstellung einer sauberen Content-Struktur (Navigation, Seitenlogik, Verlinkung)
  • Unterstützung bei technischen SEO-Basics (Struktur, Ladezeiten, Seitenqualität - keine Strategie)
  • Koordination von Online-Updates rund um Seminare, Termine und Inhalte
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Content/SEO, Online Seminar Management und IT/Dienstleistern
  • Qualitätssicherung der Online-Auftritte (Aktualität, Konsistenz, Nutzerfreundlichkeit)
  • Nutzung moderner digitaler Tools und KI-gestützter Anwendungen zur effizienten Content-Umsetzung

Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Web-Content, Online-Redaktion oder digitale Operations
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CMS-Systemen (z. B. WordPress oder vergleichbar)
  • Verständnis für digitale Inhalte, Website-Strukturen und Nutzerführung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsstärke und hohe Umsetzungsorientierung
  • Freude an Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Fachbereichen und operativen Teams
