We are looking for:
Someone with a few years of experience from the EU bubble that wants to be part of helping public affairs teams through the AI era by implementing and supporting them in their use of the Spaak platform
What you’ll do:
Be the day-to-day point of contact for a large portfolio of consultancies, associations and in-house PA teams
Own the support queue for your clients: answer questions, fix setups and follow bugs through with Product until they’re solved
Track usage and engagement, flag at-risk clients early and prepare renewals
Partner with Sales on handovers, and product on feedback/feature requests
Onboard new clients and get them live with monitoring that fits how they work
Who you are:
You have a background in public affairs, government affairs or policy work, whether in-house, at a consultancy, at an association or in the public sector
You’re ambitious and feel at home in a fast-paced, intense environment
You’re self-driven and take ownership of the processes and relationships you build
You’re structured and analytical, but pragmatic and focused on impact
You’re humble, collaborative and focused on what’s best for the client
