Security Systems Technician

Job description: Security Systems Technicians install, maintain, repair and test a range of security equipment including CCTV cameras, Alarm systems, Fire alarm systems, Intercoms, access control systems, and other related equipment in bank branches, sports facilities, industries, public services, Airports, and enterprises.

Main Tasks:

· Determining equipment and configuration to be used in installation

· Mount and fasten control panels, door and window contacts, sensors, or video cameras, and attach electrical and signal wiring cables to connect or power components

· Mounting, calibrating, and programming equipment

· Testing equipment and diagnosing and repairing faults

· Completing installation documentation and following established procedures

Required qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science

· At least 3 years of experience in security systems installations (CCTV, alarm, access control)

· Ability to perform cable works

· Very good knowledge of MS Office

· Very good knowledge of English (written & spoken)
