Instructional designer (педагогический дизайнер/методист)

We’re currently looking for a full-time Instructional Designer who speaks English very fluently for creating dynamic and effective learning experiences for higher education programs.

A portfolio of instructional design work is preferred.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive content for hybrid courses, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
• Integrate content into the Moodle LMS, enhancing functionality and user experience.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Articulate Rise, iSpring, and related software to develop multimedia-rich asynchronous coursework and modules.
• Refinement course materials based on student and faculty feedback.
• Select and manage instructional materials and resources that support curriculum development.
• Explore new teaching methodologies and technologies that enhance the learning experience.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and support documentation standards (we train how to work).
• Collaborate with academic leadership to evaluate and improve student learning outcomes.

Education and Experience:

• Higher education.
• English level C1-C2 (Necessarily!).
• Experience designing instructional materials for higher education, including hybrid course delivery.
• Experience in Articulate Rise or iSpring.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.

Working conditions:

• Work-at-home position.

• Work schedule 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm (Chicago time).
