Role: Employee Relations Advisor

Location: Bolton Head Office, 43 Churchgate, Bolton BL1 1HU

This role will be based at our Bolton Hospital Head Office and is a hybrid working role.

Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week

Salary: £32,640 per year.

Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Advisor:

• Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution.
• Ensuring correct use and upkeep of ER Case management system.
• Providing support, guidance and acting as a note taker in any employee relations cases appointed to you by the ERBP.
• Assisting the ERBP in the creation and upkeep of all ER Related Policies, processes and procedures, and any policies that may impact ER, ensuring consistency and fairness in their application.
• Collaborating with managers and People Business Partners to address any performance-related or conduct related issues and develop appropriate action plans or performance improvement plans.
• Take personal responsibility to stay updated with employment laws and regulations.
• Ensuring all ER cases are dealt with in line with company policy and in an efficient, consistent, and timely manner (In line with SLA’s).
