Senior SAP Technical Consultant

As a Senior SAP Technical Consultant, you will design, implement, and manage enterprise SAP landscapes while supporting customers in their SAP transformation journey.

What you'll do:

• Lead SAP infrastructure, migration, upgrade, and transformation projects
• Design and administer SAP environments across on-premises, private, and public cloud platforms
• Perform SAP installations, upgrades, system copies, refreshes, and technical migrations
• Manage SAP Basis operations for SAP HANA and other database platforms
• Support SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE adoption initiatives
• Implement high availability, disaster recovery, backup, monitoring, and security solutions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and conduct root cause analysis
• Lead technical workshops, assessments, and SAP roadmap definition activities
• Collaborate with customers and project teams to deliver successful outcomes
• Contribute to solution design, effort estimation, project planning, and presales activities
• Mentor junior consultants and share technical expertise

What we expect:

• 5+ years of SAP Basis/SAP Technical Consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP HANA
• Experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, system copies, and technical conversions
• Windows and/or Linux (RHEL or SUSE preferred) administration experience
• Knowledge of SAP HANA administration, performance optimization, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Scripting and automation experience (Shell, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or similar)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Knowledge of both English and Croatian is a must
• You are passionate about SAP technologies and continuous learning

• Experience with managed services, ITIL, presales, or solution architecture
