About the Role

• We are looking for a hands-on Technical Solutions Engineer to work across software development, client engagement, SaaS implementation, third-party integrations, and business process automation.
• The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, a solid understanding of backend technologies, APIs, and databases, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• This role involves working directly with clients, developing and customizing software, integrating external platforms, deploying solutions, and troubleshooting technical issues. We are looking for someone who can independently own technical tasks from requirements through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Technical Implementation

• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and technical needs.
• Design and implement appropriate technical solutions.
• Configure, customize, and deploy SaaS products for new clients.
• Manage technical onboarding, testing, and client go-live.

Software Development & Integrations

• Develop, modify, and maintain backend code, APIs, scripts, and application functionality.
• Implement integrations with third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business).
• Work with REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, databases, and external services.
• Build custom features and technical solutions based on client or product requirements.
• Contribute to broader software development and product improvement initiatives.

Deployment & Troubleshooting

• Configure and deploy application changes, integrations, and client-specific solutions.
• Test workflows, APIs, and system functionality.
• Investigate and resolve application errors, integration failures, and technical issues.
• Maintain reliable operation of deployed solutions.

Automation & Technical Solutions

• Identify opportunities to automate business processes.
• Develop automation workflows using APIs, webhooks, custom code, or automation tools.
• Implement AI-powered integrations and workflows where required.
• Build reusable technical components to improve delivery efficiency.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Document technical configurations, integrations, and implementation procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and client-facing teams.
• Communicate technical requirements, progress, and issues clearly.
• Improve and standardize technical delivery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant software engineering or technical implementation experience.
• Hands-on programming experience with Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Solid understanding of backend development, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and HTTP.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, API authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, deployment environments, and application configuration.
• Ability to understand existing codebases and independently implement technical solutions.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage with clients on technical matters.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Meta Graph API, WhatsApp Cloud API, and Meta Business integrations.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and multi-tenant architectures.
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms, and CI/CD.
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Familiarity with AI APIs, LLM integrations, or AI automation.
• Understanding of CRM, messaging, and business automation systems.
• Experience with frontend development or full-stack applications.
