What you'll do

• Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services and after-sales support.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely and professional solutions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2).

• Good level of English (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and professionalism.
• Good computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage but is not required.
• Availability to support night shifts.
