Italian Customer & Technical Support - Athens

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an enthusiastic, Italian-speaking individual to join their Customer Support team and assist customers with technical issues. You don’t need to be an IT expert-if you have great communication skills and enjoy helping people, they’ll provide all the training you need!

You’ll receive thorough, hands-on training to help you become an expert in our client’s products and develop strong problem-solving skills. This role is a great starting point for advancing your career in customer experience, product support, or even IT!

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and supportive manner
• Guide customers through simple troubleshooting steps to resolve technical issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear and timely updates
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Italian (both written and verbal)
• C1 in English
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
• Good computer literacy (we’ll teach you the rest!)
• Ability to work in our client’s office in Athens
