Associate Retail Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Track the status and activity of our globally installed connected products.

• Prioritize and conduct sales ofBody Geometryproducts direct to US retailers and wholesale to international markets.

• Assistwith providing marketing/product content to retailers and markets.

• Under the guidance of ourBody Geometryleader, build, monetize, and manage certification and success programs.

• Collect and provide feedback and insights back toBody GeometryEngineering for new features and products.

• Process and manage orders using Oracle.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with our Global Fitter Network, international implementation team, and internal education owners.

• Support internal and external communication for the Body Geometry Fit department - partnering with internal marketing or digital teams when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prior knowledge of bike fitting and bike fitting retail business,a plus.

• 1-2years experienceadministrating education programs and campaigns.

• Detail oriented way of working.

• Effective communication skillsbothverbal and written.

• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

LOCATION

This role is in office 4 days a week in Morgan Hill, CA

PAY

Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:

California Base Pay Range: ($65-90K)
