Role: Workshop Technician
Location: Specialized Ireland, Dublin
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
As a Workshop Technician, you’ll be an important part of our store team - supporting riders, solving technical challenges, and ensuring every bike leaves our workshop performing at its best. You don’t need to know everything on day one; if you bring motivation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we’ll help you grow your expertise.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to riders in store, online, and by phone
- Build, safety-check, and prepare bikes for display or collection
- Diagnose and repair bikes with care and accuracy
- Manage warranty processes, deliveries, and stock transfers
- Maintain workshop organisation, cleanliness, and safety
- Support stock checks and record-keeping
- Contribute to a positive, respectful team environment
- Collaborate with the wider store team as needed
