Ваши задачи:

  • Организация командировок: формирование кадровых документов, подбор и бронирование ж/д и авиабилетов, отелей;
  • Ведение внутренней отчетности;
  • Подготовка служебных записок и отчетов;
  • Ведение внутреннего документооборота;
  • Консультирование сотрудников по кадровым вопросам.

Наши ожидания:

  • Опыт работы в сфере HR от года;
  • Знание трудового законодательства и основ кадрового делопроизводства;
  • Уверенное владение ПК и офисными программами;
  • Навыки делового общения и грамотная письменная речь;
  • Внимательность к деталям, ответственность, умение работать с большим объёмом информации;
  • Организованность и умение расставлять приоритеты.
