Python Software Developer

Join our client's team as a Python Software Developer and contribute to exciting projects in Telco industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop cloud-native microservices and REST API

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, testing and deployment

• Process and analyze network configuration, performance and telemetry data

• Write unit, integration and system tests.

• Troubleshoot application behavior in Linux and Kubernetes environments

• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to research and proof-of-concept activities.

• Collaborate with software developers, system engineers, data scientists and telecommunications experts

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong programming skills in modern Python 3.

• Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining production-quality software.

• Practical knowledge of automated testing using pytest, unittest or similar.

• Experience with Linux-based software development.

• Understanding of containers, Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals.

• Experience in developing microservices or web APIs.

• Familiarity with relational databases.

• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to use AI coding tools effectively and critically evaluate their output

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in developing software for telecommunications systems, particularly 4G or 5G RAN

• Experience operating or troubleshooting applications in Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes networking, ingress, storage and security concepts.

• Experience with message brokers or event-driven architecture

• Familiarity with public or private cloud platforms

• Experience with data analysis, machine learning or AI-assisted network optimization.

• Familiarity with Helm, Prometheus, Grafana or OpenTelemetry

WHAT DO WE OFFER ON THIS PROJECT?

• Cooperation based on a B2B contract and rate: 140-180 PLN/hour

• Hybrid work from Cracow or Warsaw (2 times a week in the office)
