RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare prePROD environment to enable FSFO
Sync DataGuard in case of issues/errors in DG
Rebuild the Standby as needed
DB Service Creation
PDB Level Service Validation
Creation of New DB
Migration of Old PDB to New Container
Activation of FSFO
Troubleshooting FSFO issues
Execute tests on prePROD: Switchover and Failover
DB Level Patching
Execute changes related to OS (Unix Process, Load management, Daemon) as needed
RAC Issues Handling with DR
OGG Microservices and OEM setup
Implement changes on PROD
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience managing Oracle Database (12c to 19c), RAC, Data Guard
Operating system experience in Linux
Oracle management tools (Data Guard, RMAN, Data Pump)
Architecture design principles
Good problem-solver, focused and dedicated, able to work independently and as part of a team; creating PDB services, stop/start services
Handling different types of Data Guard issues
Strong practical experience with Oracle in a production RAC (ASM) environment (19c)
Self-starter with strong attention to detail
Good knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate (clear understanding of process flow, downstream databases, OGG start/stop)
Good knowledge of storage
Good knowledge of FSFO troubleshooting, observers
Good knowledge of processes (Change Management, Incident Management)
Knowledge of Oracle SR handling
Knowledge of OEM architecture and managing OEM metrics
Fluent English min C1

Cooperation based on a B2B contract and rate: 155 PLN/hour.
Hybrid work from Warsaw or Gdansk (3 times a week in the office).
