Lead Engineer Job Description

Location: Malaysia

Start date: 09 September 2026

Pay rate: RM 72,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to join our team in Malaysia. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the engineering team, designing and implementing new systems, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure project deadlines are met

Design and develop new systems and processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Identify and implement process improvements

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering roles

Proven experience in project management and team leadership

Strong technical skills in engineering design and development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
