В юридический отдел торгово-производственной компании приглашается юрист

Обязанности:

  • Договорная работа (разработка типовых договоров, экспертиза всех видов договоров, приложений, доп. соглашений) 60% рабочего времени;
  • Корпоративное право (проведение собраний акционеров, взаимодействие с реестродержателями -АО 6 юр. лиц) 30% рабочего времени;
  • Регистрация юр. лиц, внесение изменений в учредительные документы;
  • Работа с нотариусами;

Требования:

  • Образование высшее юридическое;
  • Знание гражданского, процессуального, административного законодательства.
  • Знание офисных и консультационных программ;
  • Желателен опыт работы по 275-ФЗ (ГОЗ);
  • Ответственность, стрессоустойчивость, умение работать в режиме многозадачности.

Условия:

  • Пятидневная рабочая неделя (Сб, Вс- выходные);
  • Полный рабочий день (9.00-18.00);
  • Оформление по ТК РФ;
  • Зарплата: оклад+ ежемесячная премия (130000р)
  • Офис - в шаговой доступности от ст. м. "Новослободская".
